Ticketmaster is the only way to buy tickets in my opinion. My last purchase ever w StubHub

I ordered two tickets for a cfb game. Received one ticket that was not either of the tickets I ordered. The exchange has been very difficult and a nuisance. Service workers are trying, not complaining about the employees. However, this whole process has been very disorganized.

Bought tickets on stubhub. Event was cancelled due to covid. No big deal and not their fault. HOWEVER, 2 months later they still haven’t refunded my money. I never received tickets and still no refund. If you have lots of money laying around that you don’t need and don’t really want anything in return...this is a great website.

Gone are the days of “The price you see is the price you pay”. Back in the day, a pair of $100 tickets would be $200 at checkout, but now there’s are all these crazy fees and 2 $100 tickets comes out to $340. I have deleted this app. This is one of the worst.

Stubhub has made changes to their website in the last year or two and now I find it confusing. It is not intuitive.

Still waiting after more than three months for a refund.

Do not use Stub Hub!!! Our show was cancelled and after more than 3 months we are still waiting on a refund. I can’t get a supervisor on the phone to find out what’s going on!! They apparently are trying to steal my money!!!

Cannot views all my tickets. Only loads up to a certain amount and will not load all my tickets. Looks like it works on my android device but on iOS it does not work. Please fix ASAP!!!!

Don’t appreciate giving one total price until you get to the end of checkout then they add service fees which I assumed were already included. Added 30%!

Bought 3 tickets for Buddy Guy/Jonny Lang concert. Cancelled for COVID. Only allowed 20% back on tickets. I’m stuck with $395 on tickets. Customers should be entitled to 100% refund. Stubhub changed their refund policy in the middle of COVID. Not fair. NEVER USE STUBHUB AGAIN.

We had a mixup with our email address. An associate from stub hub stayed on the phone with us for 37 minutes while we worked it out at the box office. Very helpful and kind
