Thanks stubhub for giving me a credit instead of a refund when my event was canceled and then locking me out of my account when I tried to use it due to “security concerns” when I used Face ID to get into my account. When I call them they can’t re-activate without a “review” so the event will be sold out. I feel really safe under their buyer protection. ??‍♀️Total scam.

I’ve never had a more unhelpful experience with trying to get a refund. The “customer service representative” literally cussed me out the other day. Seriously guys?? Will. Never. Use. Again!!

Attempting to sell my tickets to an event that I can no longer attend. I am now being told my tickets are suspicious so my account has been blocked and I am unable to access the tickets so I cant even try selling them elsewhere. I bought my tickets through this platform.

The tickets were not released until after I had to call Stubhub outside the gate and not released until we after the game we started. I was sure I would be covered under their Guarantee program they simply referred me to a FAQ database where it states the ticket can be delayed. That information would be nice to know when purchasing something called "instant"! No refund or credit yet and missed the game.

I had bought tickets on this app earlier this year, in February, before all the covid stuff became an issue. At the time, the policy stated that StubHub would offer a full refund if an event was cancelled. That is the only reason I bought the tickets, knowing that there was a possibility of the event being cancelled. However, StubHub changed their policy amid the pandemic because obviously thousands of events were being cancelled. They now only offer a 120% coupon for “your next purchase”. A coupon which expires in a year. Who knows if there will even be any events in a year. I am now out $400 because my event was cancelled and they will not give me a refund. After “my next purchase” I will absolutely never use this app again, and I would not recommend this company to anyone, unless you are made of money and are okay with losing hundreds or thousands of dollars. This company does NOT care about their customers.

I purchased a ticket nearly a year ago, and stubhub let the seller retract the ticket straight from my Ticketmaster account without providing me a refund. This ordeal has been going on since June, and after months of lies from everyone through supervisor levels, it’s now turning into a lawsuit. Lesson of the day: Stubhub will screw you over any chance they get, so buy/sell your tickets elsewhere.
