I buy tickets on stubhub all the time but after I tried to sell a couple of tickets I no longer wanted, I'll never use this app again or purchase tickets from stubhub. It was my first time sell tickets using the app. I purchased tickets through stubhub but decided not to go to the event. So I tried to sell them using the app. I answer all the question and thought I did everything right. I got an email saying the tickets had been sold and that I had to mail the tickets right away. I hadnt received the tickets from stubhub yet and the app never asked when I was going to have the tickets in hand. Stubhub charged me 20% which was $120 to my credit card to cancel the sell. When I called to fix the misunderstanding I was told never to sell tickets through the iPhone app because that was a common mistake. They still charged me the $120 even though the app never required me to put when I was going to able to send them or ask when I was actually going to have the tickets in hand. Stubhub even went on to tell me even though it was my first time selling tickets I should of known to put when I was going to have them in hand but app doesn't have a place or section to add that while listing the tickets. I recommend if trying to sell or buy tickets use vivid seat. Their app ask all the required questions to properly sell tickets.

Every time I open the app it's like it's the first time I'm opening it. It walks me through the setup and makes me agree to the terms and conditions every single time. Never remembers my username and password or any of my preferences. With that fixed this would easily be a 4 or 5 star app because it does everything else great.

Came to the App Store as a friend says he always finds success with Stubhub. I downloaded the app on my 6s plus and it immediately crashes. Restarts and re-installs do not work. I'll try the site but this is a total bummer.

The app wouldn't let me sell my tickets until 2 hours before the game so I lost a lot of money. Horrible experience. Vivid Seats is way better.

I spent a couple days trying to buy tickets for a Giants/Padres game on my laptop and their page kept freezing on a loading page, so eventually I just quit. The next day I get an email asking if I'm still interested in the tickets so I complained then and their solution was to switch browsers and clear cache and cross my fingers... No discount or incentive to keep using their service, just tips on how to get around their faults. Today I tried purchasing tickets on their app and the same thing happens! Tried for 20 min to purchase tickets. Fed up I finally called only to have to wait another 20 min, operater didn't really care about the struggles, and of course no discount as any other service would've provided. The only reason I still bought from stubhub is because they were the only ones offering these specific seats. But from now on I will go out my way to not use them!

Bought a ticket and turned out to be a duplicate. Had to moved to a lesser seat. What a pain. They sell illegal reprints. Stealing money from the artist and venues that host concerts.
