They are trained to lie to customers for sure!

ZERO customer service-be careful

Trying to get help purchasing or selling tickets is a nightmare. Used StubHub 7 times had substantial issues 3 times. Spent waaay too much time trying to get them resolved. They literally have no costumer service available unless your event is basically about to happen. Transactions are way too big to be messing around with this garbage.

if you selling your tickets, know that you are required to transfer the tickets immediately but Stub Hub will hold the money and not transfer the money until 5 to 8 days AFTER THE EVENT. If the event is cancelled then YOU DONT GET PAID. In my case the event was months out. So ludicrous.

If your event is cancelled, dont count getting your money back for a long time (if at all).

If the event is cancelled, they will say you can get a cash refund. However, the refund wont come for a ling time if at all. You can count them playing games with you as well. They drag their feet for as long as possible hoping to encourage people to never ask for refund. Contacting customer service doesn't accomplish anything either. They will simply give you the round around and say its processing. If dont mind having to wait a lifetime to get your money back. Stubhub is for you.

Bought my tickets, got them transferred about 4 days later. Everything went smooth, and I'm all set for AEW thanks to Stubhub!!

Their fees are outrageous. But I was forced to use them anyway. Then my event got canceled. It’s been over 45 days since then. Their “policy” is 30 day refund. After calling and getting put on the “priority” track 2 and being told it’ll only be 2 more weeks for the second time. Still no money. Still no refund. Don’t buy from these scoundrels. They will steal your money.

This site is now a joke. They penny pinch their customers with ridiculous “service fees” which is actually commission. After locking me out of my account for an hour charged me $160 extra for their services what a rip off and a joke of a company. Ceo must be a lazy loser
