You guys are the worst. A stingy business model especially through a pandemic my concert has been rescheduled twice and is now a year out but instead of letting me get a coupon or money back “ policy is that the show must be cancelled “ trash. How you treat people speaks volumes we know where you guys stand.

DO NOT USE STUBHUB. I have tickets to a baseball game on April 5th that was canceled because of coronavirus and I still have not received my money back. They are now telling me I can expect it back in September, 5 months after the games and 7 months after I purchased my tickets. this is completely unacceptable.
‘Can’t provide a refund’

Just called customer service asking for a refund for a cancelled event and Stubhub said they can’t provide refunds. Pretty difficult to understand how they could take my money well in advance of the event, but can’t give it back two months after the original event date. I get they have ticket sellers on the other side— they need to go get the money back from the seller to refund the buyer. I didn’t buy a ticket to finance stubhub’s business! Do the right thing and refund customers’ money for canceled events.

Stubhub isn’t providing a refund for tickets to the show I bought. It was cancelled due to the pandemic. They’re only providing me a credit. I don’t want a credit I want a full refund. This is ridiculous!
Non Refund of cancelled tickets

Purchased tickets back in September 2019 for April 2020 show. Show was cancelled and now they won’t honor the money-back guarantee. Only issued a 120% coupon. Will not be using StubHub to purchase tickets again.
Only buy tickets when there’s a cure for COVID

In the age of COVID with events readily cancelled, I wouldn't trust this company to buy any event ticket.

They changed their return policy after the fact and don’t give refunds. Ticketmaster is a much safer choice.

Horrible business practices! Holding funds from sellers for concerts 1 1/2 years away. I imagine interest on all our money is enormous! Shame on your company!
