Excellent customer service – StrongLifts Weight Lifting Log Review

I have contacted Strong Lifts customer service on several occasions. I have always received prompt and helpful answers. They always listened to my suggestions and actually updated their app based on them! The app goes beyond 5x5 workouts now. It’s a powerful aid to my fitness regimen.
