The app is decent, and a convenient way to update tickets while away from desk. However, there is no way to open Task lists, which I use heavily. If they added this, my rating would be higher.

Does not appear to work with the new version of the On-Prem software (the VMware hosted Ubuntu edition).

One of the biggest reasons to have the app installed on your phone is to be notified when there is a new ticket. When I go to the settings menu and open “Push Notifications” I see a blank screen. I’ve never gotten this to work. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail. I’m using an up-to-date iPhone XS. Other than that the app works ok. A bit buggy at times and many features are lacking from the desktop version such as the ability to close tickets as a duplicate. This app needs a long way to go.

Can basically only use this for most basic view of inventory. When trying to do most other things the app shuts down.

Everything is turned on but I get no notifications of changes to tickets unless I manually open and check the ticket. Lame. Everything else is functional but clunky.

I am unable to use the app because it doesn’t support SSO, which is how I am registered with Spiceworks Helpdesk online.

I have no idea how this app has managed to have updates and still has not fixed the search issue. The search function is so bad it should just be removed. This app would be 5 stars if the search worked at all. I can’t search for an email address for a user, can’t search for tickets in custom fields I’ve created. The only way I can search for specific tickets is by location. Please fix this issue.

I use Cloud. At first I stopped receiving PUSH notifications...okay fine. As the admin I can set it up to send me an email... However, now I can't even log in with the app. Like at all. Using the exact same login credentials I can log in via the web, but not with the app. I'm using iOS 12.1 Need compatability update ASAP!

We use an on prem install and have multiple departments using the same system, we use category to sort as Department and ticket views to show each department what's relevant to them. But these view options are to available in the app which makes it half unusable for our help desk admins who mostly use the app on the go and need to see their department tickets not just what is assigned to them or all open tickets, when we have hundred of tickets open at a time it's too much for them to search every time. I think I would rate 5 if this was implemented in the app.

Definitely agree that different departments should be able to view tickets assigned to them or at least have a way to do so. Also another addition that would be nice is adding in a “work hours” feature where you input what time you are actually working and what time you leave the office so that way your phone isn’t getting dinged if you’re running multiple shifts. I know there are probably ways to do that but it would be a nice feature to add in the app itself.
