Please fix push notifications! The app is so awesome, but the purpose is semi defeated without notifications.

I don't understand why you can't put the subject of the ticket on the push notification? At spiceworld we were told it was because there were security concerns, which makes no sense. If you work at a hospital and use spiceworks you shouldn't have push notifications enabled anyway. It's not spicework's job to tell us what is or is not a security concern for our particular environment. We are professionals, we will determine that. Please make the app useable and add more information to the notifications. Such a small tweak and this app would go from 1 to 5 stars. Sorry (not sorry) for the rant, but you guys are better than this.

The app works well except for push notifications! Please fix! Also allow deletion of ticket!

Love this app. It has improved the efficiency of my team, accountability, and reports. The only problem that we have encountered is an issue with push notifications for the cloud version don't work.

Push notifications don't seem to work for iOS. One guy on my IT team has an android table and they work fine there. Otherwise, this app will become a staple for our IT department.

Spice works came through and fixed this issue. Now I'm back to closing tickets throughout the building where we work.

App has not worked going on 2 months now. I keep getting a "internal server 500" error every time I click to view any tickets. I've uninstalled and installed the apps 2 times and it helps to no avail.

Is there a fix for this? Tickets show in chronological order on my laptop, but on the app they are kind of all over the place.
