...but some basic functionality is broken. Searches, for instance...if you search for a ticket, you'll be presented relevant results. Clicking on a ticket, however, causes an ENTIRELY different and unrelated ticket's details to be displayed. Since part of the far of Spiceworks was being able to view and modify tickets while on the run, this is a pretty big deal for us.

Got the app for ticket notifications, everything is set up right, yet app still says notifications can't be enabled.

Lacks a lot of features on the networking side. A category showing devices down would be nice as well as some troubleshooting tools. The Helpdesk part of the app seems to be pretty nice. I love Spiceworks but the app could be a whole lot better. Keep up the hard work guys!

Ever since I put my credentials in it to log on this app crashes every time! Please fix!!!

The original iPhone app didn't work all that well. This new version, however, makes my life as an IT Manager so much easier. It's fast and the interface is clean and easy to use.

I love it when an app is easier to use then its desktop counterpart..its really easy creating tickets and modifying for me..so helpdesk management is really superb??

Great app, love that its free and great UI. Has made my job and clients much happier with quick turnaround time on tickets with alerts.

I'm using the app more and more. My iPad is becoming my Spiceworks terminal.
