Very Helpful

You don't have to remember Tickets Anywhere codes! Would be great if you could add related to via a field. Is require on all closed tickets for reporting. Additionally the ability to close duplicates would be helpful as well. Not deal breakers as these can wait for me to be back at the desk, but would add value for me.


Great app for any tech using spice works for their support tickets system.

Allows me to close tickets on the go without physically being at my desktop. Very useful. App used everyday!


Great when on the field

I love the app because it is well laid out for easy reading and quick responses for tickets. I also use the inventory section a lot to verify all the details entered matches up with what I have on record when I am on the field. The only thing I would love to see added now is the ability to be able to add inventory from within the app. Currently, if I go out on a site visit and have to add inventory I would take a physical note of all the relevant details then go back to the office to update it. That is very time consuming and not very efficient. Would give it 5 stars when I see that implemented for inventory. Overall, this is a great free app for any IT centred company. Great job!

This app is pretty good. The biggest issue I have with it is that I cannot attach PDFs to tickets.

Ever since the last two releases I am having constant crashes when opening the app. It is basically non functional at this point for me. iOS10 iPhone 7 not working.

Awesome Helpdesk app, has it all covered very well, except for in-app legibility, which is a shame. Shouldn't have to struggle reading the text in many parts of the app. Thin, light gray text on a white background is a poor choice for any app, especially one we are using to provide technical support, seeing details is important, like time and date, and they are so hard to read. Maybe provide some color adjustment settings? This gray text on white background issue is widespread across the entire web and app ecosystem, it's not just here in this app. The stylized web has become illegible! Enough already, bring back contrast and legibility please!

Easy access to the help desk and the app is fast! Would like to see a coffee report added for quick management data access but everything else I need is there! Great app!
