Inventory Timeline

Great job with the app so far. I use this app only for inventory not tickets. When I click timeline from the main inventory screen at the top right the timeline screen loads and I briefly see the timeline for a couple seconds but the app crashes.
App needs work

Last few months I see a lot of blank spaces in tickets and have to scroll down a lot to see updates. It’s just white or blank spaces. Only on the app does this happen, very annoying.

The Spiceworks Help Desk app works like a charm with Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk. Also, their app now supports iPhone X screen resolution!

Hello, Would you please add multitasking in split view for the iPad Pro? This would be great! Also please allow the use for the Apple Pencil so we can write things down quickly and collect signatures from end users please.
Push Notifications Broken

Seemed like an OK app, until I noticed that Push Notifications don’t work on my iPhone X. I just have a blank screen when I try to go to the Push Notifications settings page in the app. Also, they should probably update the app for full screen support on iPhone X.

I've always used the Spiceworks app in the past. Now I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with it. I'm not receiving push notifications and when I open the notifications menu within the app, it's blank. A co-worker is using an older iPhone with an older iOS version and it works for him. I'm on 11.3.0, however this issue was present on 11.2.X as I was hoping it was an iOS related issue. Turns it this is definitely something on Spiceworks end. Tried reinstalling the app and even resetting my phone to factory.

Instantly uninstalled when I saw the ad on the bottom of the screen. Also scales funny on the big iPad Pro.
Add ticket doesn't work

Every time that I try to add a ticket from either the iPad or iPhone app, it messes up and closes the app. I end up having to go to the web portal or send an email to the help desk to make it work.
Bring back notifications

The only reason I have the app is to monitor tickets. Without push notifications I don’t see them right away and they could sit there for awhile. Please fix this!
