Can't figure out the icons in this version. Needed to copy a person on a ticket and it assigned it to them.
Nice companion but lacking many custom fields

It is hard to not give a free app that is stable and assists you in your work 5 stars, but lacking the main ticket category field but including the custom lists is a little backwards to me. Add the category field and I'll easily change this to a 5 star. Thank you so much, crew!
Great tool for IT users

I use this app all the time as a lone IT guy in my profession handling up to 100+ device on our network. I'm not tied to a computer monitor to see what needs fixed next.

Works well for me! Able to view and update all tickets and inventory with ease. Using it along with my VPN so that I'm always notified whenever I'm out of the office as well.

I have been lurking Spiceworks forums for awhile, and religiously using Spiceworks for 5 years. This app is an extension to their already outstanding free software that just can't be beat. The app performs outstandingly. I couldn't ask for more!
