Very inconsistent

Worst app! Rarely loads when I’m 2 feet from the router, which is located in my living room. I have to go to a separate room just to get it to load!!

The operation of this app is failing and now is so very slow to respond if it responds at all. I suspect Sonos is phasing this out and will no longer support its older products like the connect amp, etc. so that everyone who owns them will have to buy new hardware. It’s really terrible. My hardware is only 3 years old…

Wow I loved my Sonos until they started to upgrade these things. Now they don’t work and they tell me I have to buy new speakers? What’s this all about? No longer enjoying my Sonos experience
Not compatible with your iTunes library. So sad!

For some reason you can’t play your iTunes library with Sonos. So Sad! Most of my music is on iTunes. I guess I have to switch to another speakers system.
Literally updating indefinitely

It feels like half the time I try to play Sonos I have to update and re-lop into my Apple Music account. Exhausting!

I have the older system throughout our home. We loved it! Now it will not allow us to listen to our very large personal collection of music. We have already invested a lot of money in this sonos1 system. We will NOT be investing in their new system. They have a great way to keep money rolling in. But it won’t be our money. I would recommend you look elsewhere for a totally different product.
