Shark ion can’t connect to the app or WiFi – SharkClean Review

I purchased the shark ion a couple of days ago and is working great by itself but the app does not work or want to connect to the shark; I tried many ways setting an static IP to resetting my router, making the password for WiFi easier and that was like 50 time I tried and that still didn’t work, can you guys fix this app so it can work properly, because is shamed this vacuum is a great item but the app is a horrible.
