The entire infrastructure is a mess

I get a lot of pickup orders for n my neighborhood, so I often see firsthand the extent to which this entire system has collapsed. To many users it may seem like the drivers are doing a bad job, but behind the scenes the technology seems to be barely functioning. Delivery drivers are constantly showing up at participating restaurants to pick up orders that the restaurant is completely unaware of - often resulting in uncomfortable arguments. I just went to a restaurant to pick up an order I had placed - after being told the order had not gone through… the employee at the restaurant said that the order had JUST appeared. I had to go back home and wait because the order was not going to be ready for a while. The restaurants and delivery drivers really seem to be doing their best. The frequent delays these days seem to be completely technology related.

These guys are criminals. They cancelled my order because they claimed that the restaurant was closed. It was and still is open. And they have my money. Use any other food delivery service. These guys are the worst!

Laptop broke and remembered I had the app on my phone already logged in! I didnt have to remember my passcode! Hungover and starving I luv u seamless! Update 12/22/21 Terrible, overpriced, poor communication between restaurants and seamless. With all of the fees (and God forbid something goes wrong and a refund needs to be issued, no consideration for ALL of the fees will be given) I seriously can go grocery shopping this is no longer a lifesaver or convenient. :(

There are an unreasonable number of fees associated with all delivery orders now. If possible try ordering directly through the restaurants

I just ordered and paid for a meal Which they texted and said was delivered and left outside my door. Instructions were to leave inside entryway and there were no footprints in the snow so clearly it was not delivered. I spent $30 and still have no dinner as I sit at home with Covid.
Can’t apply promo codes

Just downloaded the app for the first time and I tried to apply a promo code but said it was for first time user’s only. It was my first time on this app so I felt a bit cheated there.
