Not a good first impression

30 minutes after order was supposed to arrive I get a message the order was cancelled. It’s now 7pm and we have to pivot to a competitor.

Stop putting menus up from restaurants that don’t have partnerships with you. You’re literally stealing from people and ruining these small businesses’ reputations. No one should use this app, either call the restaurant or use UberEats and make sure to verify with the restaurant that they use this service. This app needs to be shut down.

I had a a hard time with my first order had to cancel it they were really helpful right away my order was canceledI just like that it notifies you right away and customer service is so on point that’s really important to get a respond their service is really good the ETA’s are really on point


In NYC it’s better to call or email restaurants direct

Been using Seamless for years with no issues. A few months back they changed how they deploy delivery people and now orders are consistently late, the food is cold and the packaging damaged. The last 3 drivers I had reeked of pot. No more

I don’t know why we put up with such large fees yet horrible customer service from this app. Most restaurants are hurting and have a phone and a means of delivery. Just call them people, it’s not hard.

They should give a percentage back. The more you order from seamless. Say every 100 get a 10.00 perk. They did that for a while.

Let me start by stating I am incredibly easy to please. I get that mistakes happen. Do not bother contacting Customer service as they do not care. I have the transcripts of my assistance as well and they were absolutely laughable they were simply unqualified. I had used this app several times to great effect but when an issue arises you are left high and dry simple as that. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND A DIFFERENT FOOD DELIVERY APP.
