Seamless don’t want payment

Seamless doesn’t save my credit card for some reason and says invalid card at payment. I reached out, but Seamless can’t figure it out.

i order my food and the money gets taken out of my account like 3 days later?? this never used to happened before so i don’t understand if it’s because i haven’t updated the app or not

Enjoying this app. Service so far has been better than Uber Eats. Would be even better with quick links to scroll to different parts of the menu - ie. Sides.

They send promo codes for late deliveries but then half of the promos don’t work when it’s time to order. other than that the deals are amazing and when the codes do work it’s worth the membership price
Where did sharing go?

Used to be able to share a restaurant and in the recent update it was removed. Now it’s a pain to share the menu with a friend if you’d like to do a group order.

If you’re not in NYC this app is a waste. In SF the drivers rarely bring you your own food and nobody is there to make it right. I’ve lost SO much $$ this app from wrong or lost deliveries (GrubHub & Seamless are the same company, don’t let them fool you)

The app works really well, but the fees makes it too expensive to order through the app.

DoorDash and those other delivery apps cannot match the service and customer care that Seamless brings with their commitment. I highly recommend seamless.
