I miss the old order history setup...

I miss the old update where I can sort my previous orders underneath the restaurant I had ordered from. I order A LOT from Seamless and it frustrates me to have to sort through ALL my orders rather than sort the last order I did under the restaurant I’m looking to order from. There’s not even a filter or sort option available to help me. They just changed the look and left me stuck using this annoying new altogether list method. Other than that, love the Apple Pay option and the tracking estimate they show.

Haven’t eaten at Rice in years but I’m so happy I ordered. The pad see ew was perfect. Did not love the crab dumplings but we did love the curry puffs!

Ordered delivery, knew I was going to have to wait an hour. Food didn’t come for 2 hours and 45 mins, food was cold and soggy. Paid over $60 for it and they would not refund anything or offer anything to make up for the cold expensive meal. Girl on the phone was dismissive and rude. When I talked to a seamless member, who said “Ummm” at least 5 time per sentence (I am not exaggerating, it was incredibly hard to understand what he was trying to say or what point he was trying to make because he would say “umm” so many times before getting to the end of a single sentence.) He did nothing to help us and only offered a 10% off voucher for our next meal. We spent $60 on cold food we waited 2:45 hrs for and why are we paying a service charge to seamless if they are not going to help us in this situation???


Those delivery fees are plain thievery

Provide option to say NO plastic utensils

We like Seamless, but wish there was a way to say No to plastic utensils being automatically sent. Could you add an option before checkout where people can choose whether or not they need disposable utensils delivered with their meal order? Let’s reduce unnecessary plastic waste! Better still add a 50c charge per order for utensils it will make people think twice if they really need them.


No contact?

We asked for a no contact delivery-So the order was delivered but they did not confirm delivery via text or ring the doorbell I did not know the food was delivered and it sat outside for 20 minutes in freezing weather-so needless to say I was disappointed-

This review is for a particular order and for the customer service. I ordered from Popeyes and the driver did not deliver the food as it is supposed to. In the order, we wrote the direction clearly to call us on the food arrival and to come up to the apartment. There was no call and the order status magically appeared as “delivered”. There was no food outside and the doorman did not see anyone coming up to our apartment. We called the customer service and the customer service contacted to the driver. The driver said he already delivered to some other apartment and a guy picked up the order. (There was no guy in our apartment) He did not specify which apartment he delivered. It was very shady. When we tried to contact the driver ourselves multiple times, he didn’t pick up the phone. It is extremely shady. We waited one and half hour for our food and we were very hungry. Most restaurants we already closed at that point. All we wanted was to get our food delivered again because we were extremely hungry and frustrated. They could not even arrange that saying we had to have 70$ in the account to get the food to redeliver! The customer service did not take the responsibility and failed to give us any solution. When we asked to talk to the manager, they couldn’t provide anyone who could give us any possibly fix the situation. All the customer service could do for us was to refund it and give the 20% discount code for the next order. Even the discount code, they said we had to call another phone number to get that. At this point, we were very frustrated about the situation and did not even want the discount. All we wanted was our food and never ever use the seamless again. It is terrible. They have very poor customer service and the delivery services are not trustworthy. I will not trust seamless ever again.
