I had a bad experience because items were left out of my order that I really wanted and all they can do is refund me the $ - I was really craving this meal and they wouldn’t contact the restaurant to send it to me - said the order had to be $70 or more. I deserve the same treatment especially during these times - I probably will re-think using this app and will try Uber eats

It’s not clear when there is a high service fee if that money goes to seamless, the restaurant or the delivery person. With all the fees and tip it can be as expensive as your food order itself.

Great app but…

I would give it 5 stars except that there is no way to easily flag bad food experiences or at least make notes so that I don’t forget that I hated their pizza or that they always deliver late and food is cold or just that they don’t give us extra rice, etc. There are always little things that I forget when reordering from a place I generally like. Would it be so hard for seamless to add a little “notes” button connected to each restaurant so I don’t have to do it separately in a notes app?

They updated the app and made it impossible to reorder a past order. Now you have to go back o the restaurant menu and add items one by one making all your special requests on each item all over again every time. Exhausting. For someone who uses the app and the reorder function almost every day and sometimes twice a day, this is devastating.
