App works well. An expansive selection of restaurants. Enables me to ensure that everyone gets what she wants for dinner. Expect a 30-40 minute wait on most orders.

Their customer service is top notch. Whenever there has been a mistake with my order, they have resolved it without delay.

It's never yet crashed on me, the ux is straightforward and easy to deal with, and although it's got little to do with the app, almost all my deliveries have been super on point. BUT: the Custom Tip Amount feature does not work, which is irritating. It's been an issue for several months, and has not yet been fixed.

How did this even happen? Not only did you lose all of my saved information, but when trying to re-enter my payment info your validation is buggy as hell. Get it together seamless.
