I wish they had even more restaurants in their database, but even now their list is impressive. Restaurant rating seems out-of-date because I often see lots of negative reviews for the places they list as 5 star ones.
Easy to use - restaurants can take much longer than promised

I find seamless easy to use. It can be difficult to discover new food on the app due to the high volume of unreliable restaurant reviews (i.e. a restaurant will get good reviews, but their food is terrible). Therefore, I use it to order from restaurants I know I like. Another issue is that the estimated delivery time is usually incorrect. I believe this is an issue with the individual restaurants as they are supposed to input their estimate. I have had food arrive two hours after ordering when the estimated delivery time listed was 30-40min. In that case, I submitted a complaint to seamless and they did refund me for the order.

Keeps forgetting my credit card randomly, then when I add it, it complains that I didn't enter all the required information even though the whole form is filled out. Can benefit greatly from a UX review.
Customer service is useless

Place got my order wrong. Called customer service who said they'd contact the vendor and follow up with an email or call to me. No follow up. Instead vendor calls me, they don't speak any English. They pretend not to know what "refund" means, say they'll teenage my order, and then take an hour to do so. Guess what? They got the order wrong again.
