It will only load 54 restaurants. No more than that before I get an error. So basically I’m limited to searching within a quarter mile as I sort by distance. The latest update is not loading restaurants. It’s stops and says can’t load more... error. It’s super convenient for ordering. Maybe I’m being picky, but it would be nice if we could lock in our settings. I have to update the settings every time I log in!!! It always goes back to Seamless’ default which makes no sense to me. Thank you.

You know a lot of people complain about fees and this and that not being free etc. But what I learned growing up is that some things in life are worth paying for and especially when it involves my time. I am constantly on the go because I’m working and I never have time to cook. This is has revolutionized the way food apps work. The staff that brings the food are highly professional individuals who offer first class service. They deliver to my work office and because I have the app I can track their location to see that status of my food to eliminate the impatient customer. This app is a game changer

I have to pay a dollar for seamless service, 3 dollars to the restaurant for service fees, and then tip too? Which is calculated based on a percent of the total ( food + seamless fees + plus tax)- that’s ridiculous. If I knew the service fees were going to the driver then I would be fine with it.

Great app but Please let me enter my credit card manually. I shouldnt be required to give the app access to my camera. Privacy issue. So dumb that you can’t type in your card number with the keyboard. Also beware of notifications. I had to turn off all notifications because the app would send me random distracting notifications suggesting that I order food at random times when I had no interest and was busy. I don't need Seamless to remind me to eat or to order food. It's like sending me advertisements through the notification function. I don’t want ad notifications. No other app I use does this. It's too bad - I'd like to use the notifications if they related to the orders I placed (like whether food was on the way). But I turned them all off.

Such a deceptive company- unfortunately it’s the only game in town. Deceptive fees, disappearing places to add tips, and now premium subscription services to avoid the fees they created in the first place. If it wasn’t the only game in town- I would never use.

No food, no help

Been using seamless for a while and it was always great. Recently two separate orders were marked as delivered and weren’t. Their customer service was no help and somehow the driver was unreachable both times. Customer service was barely helpful and I just wasted hours of my life. Hours later and still no food. I hope the driver enjoys the food at my expense. I’ll stick to ubereats from now on.
