Sandboxx is a great way to communicate with military personnel, although a little expensive. I would like to see two improvements: improve the app so it can be used with a notebook for horizontal writing and allow rectangular, not just square, photos.

The Sandboxx app is amazing! It’s convenient and easy to use. I love that they send your SIT a return letter already addressed plus the stationary to write on to write you back! Saves them so much time! They will need to have their own stamps. My favorite thing about the app is no matter where I’m at if I’m missing my soldier I can write him then and there and attach a picture. And its overnighted to him! Soldiers need a lot of positivity and love getting letters & knowing that they are able to get it sooner and more often is awesome! Worth the price! Plus the support team is always available to help!

I strongly recommend this application! It has made it easy for me to communicate with my grandson! It keeps me informed of letter status, it also provides different phases my SR will be experiencing. It has much more information. I hear many complaints in a group of how they are having difficulty with mail getting returned or getting mail really late with regular mail. Not me, all letters were received and I received a response to each letter!!! Love this service.

I’ve used sandboxx for the last few weeks to send letters to my son who is a SIT. It has been especially useful during a pandemic like Covid19! The less handling of mail the better! My letters are printed out along with a picture that add each time, just so he can smile! I’m so grateful to have a copy of every letter and picture I’ve sent! I am averaging 2-3 letters each week! It is so much easier this way because I can add a few words through out the day or over as many days as I like and every time I open the app, I simple pick up we’re I left off no matter how long that letter takes to finish! Plus, with 3,000 space limit you can say plenty! Love It!

I’m so glad I have the Sandboxx app. It makes it easy to write my son everyday and track when my letter gets delivered. I love the photo feature to send him a daily picture to include with each letter. Thank you Sandboxx! Hooyah!
