Tracks my laundry perfectly. Customer service very responsive. the app. This app works great. I love knowing when my courier will arrive, and the app regularly updates any changes in the estimated arrival time. Super convenient and easy to use. For the record, the service is outstanding. Couldn’t be more convenient, and my clothes are nicely cleaned and folded. Would highly recommend the service and the app.

I recently switched to Rinse from another popular laundry service in my city, and I’m delighted. The scheduling system is easier to use, and it’s roughly half of what I was paying previously.
Horrible, irreplaceable damage done to my leather jacket

I asked Rinse to clean my lamb leather jacket and they ruined the $800 garment. After months of back and forth and them telling me that they would fix it I received the item and it’s still ruined. Perhaps it’s a service that works for your underwear - DO NOT use it for anything valuable or delicate.

TERRIBLE. They held my laundry hostage for two weeks, returned it unwashed and still charged me. They currently have a bag of my laundry that they seem to have LOST. Stay far away from this service.
