Great Service, Too Easy not to Use

I love Rinse! I began using Rinse for my Dry Cleaning when i realized i never made it to my cleaners downstairs before they closed to pick up my clothes. Rinse sends a ‘Valet’ to pick up and drop off your clothes between 8 and 10pm. I love it because I’m usually home at that time, and when I’m not, they don’t mind picking up or dropping off with my building concierge! I recently started using their wash and fold service, and it’s a GAME CHANGER. I’m never doing laundry again. Thanks Rinse!

Having a busy schedule left me no time to do my laundry and not having to worry about the time to do that has been a huge help. I also tore a hole on the inner seam of my favorite jacket and they were able to get it repaired!

I love using Rinse! Not that I can’t do my own laundry, but I’d rather spend my time boxing ? (piling up dirty clothes) and let Rinse take care of the rest. Definitely worth a try if you’re considering.

I recently moved to SF, and not having to worry about doing laundry or picking up my dry cleaning has been life changing. The app is super easy to use, they do a lot of their support through text message which is really convenient anytime I have any questions, and everything always comes back fresh and clean! I’m so used to having Rinse take care of everything for me, I don’t think I can ever go back!

Between the constant texts and inconsistent quality it’s not worth it. The app is supposed to help make my life easier but it doesn’t. They over charge I weigh my clothes before they get went to estimate the cost and it’s usually 20$ more. The drivers don’t answer their calls. It’s just really disappointing.
Something goes wrong every time

I'm done. Rinse constantly double charges for items. I just got a small bag of laundry back and was charged $40. Happy to pay for convenience and can understand the occasional slip up, but this is too much.

I’ve used this service almost 20 times now and it’s been a very consistently positive experience. Customer service is responsive and the valets are almost always very friendly. Love the 8 to 10pm window, though it is a bit annoying you don’t find out your time range until 7pm. They also train their staff really well. I’ve tried other laundry pickup companies and Rinse just gets it right. I did have a case where an item was damaged after a dry clean, and was able to get reimbursed in a reasonably timely manner. It is obviously a bit pricey, especially if you want rush delivery, but well worth the convenience. It’s actually a bit weird if you want rush on different services. Ex. dry clean is rush two days but wash and fold is one day, yet you need to pay delivery fee twice.
