I play lots of sports and doing laundry isn’t the issue, it’s folding that I despise. Rinse comes in clutch when you don’t want to spend a whole hour or 2 washing and folding. What is your time worth?

It didn't take long for me to become a full Rinse convert. After my first wash and fold order came back tightly folded and smelling fresh, I sent in dry cleaning. Prices are reasonable for door-to-door service and now my winter coats and sweaters are all clean for next fall. Next I sent in dress shirts for repairs on busted-out elbows and they came back looking new to the unknowing eye. Since Rinse came to Boston, I've done less than 3 loads of my own laundry. Just think of what you might do with all that extra time not folding laundry and then you'll know exactly why I continue to be a happy Rinse customer.

Convenient service and great customer service

I have been using rinse for 2 1/2 years. Overall I love them. There have been a few issue like a missing sock or stain that did not come out but the their customer service team is responsive and helpful. Unlike other companies who pass the blame or take offense when you report and issue, Rinse always apologizes and makes it right. The cleaning quality is good and the clothes come folded and ready to put away. Thank you rinse for giving me back laundry day,

Text alerts extremely annoying

I like the service but I get text alerts all the time from Rinse. When I try to turn them off in the app, the app just resets text alerts to “all including promotional alerts.” No matter what I do, it just assaults my phone with texts I don’t want. Unacceptable.

I started using Rinse about a year ago and I haven't done a load of laundry since. My clothes always come back the next day smelling like fairies and angels have folded them gently with their flower-scented wings. Laundry is now one less worry I have to deal with. And if I ever have any questions, I just text them and get it answered. Keep it up!

Decent service until prices rose

I used rinse for over a year, even sticking with them through messed up orders and incorrect pressing of pants (had two press lines running parallel of each other down the pant leg). Still continued to use them until they raised the delivery prices and individual clothing prices. I understand the concept of offering lower prices for customer acquisition and marketing purposes but they did not account for consumer elasticity which, in my case, caused them to lose a customer after I deleted the app.

The concept is a good idea, very convenient. But, they fail to respond to customer issues such as damaging clothing. They have just ruined a perfectly good shirt by leaving what appear to be iron streaks across the front of it. Poorly managed service. Will not be using again.
