Horrible, irreplaceable damage done to my leather jacket – Rinse | Laundry & Dry Cleaning Review

I asked Rinse to clean my lamb leather jacket and they ruined the $800 garment. After months of back and forth and them telling me that they would fix it I received the item and it’s still ruined. Perhaps it’s a service that works for your underwear - DO NOT use it for anything valuable or delicate.
