Huge time saver and great quality

I've been using rinse for 2+ years and now can't live without it. When my local dry cleaner closed I didn't know where is go and then I found rinse. I can never imagine going back! Convenience is a huge time saver and quality is always great!

The service is decent until they lose some of your clothes, and then fumble in any sort of customer service. Also, if you have a shirt worth more than $20, take it to a professional, they destroyed the seams of an Acne Studios shirt of mine. Lesson learned.

Rinse is super convenient, and provides just great service. I love that we can manage all pickups by text, and the app is very easy to use. Highly recommend.

I've spent way too much time in laundromats in the past, so Rinse has been an amazing perk of living in SF. Easy-peasy! And everything comes back just how I ask. They've definitely earned all 5 stars!
