With my work schedule, getting to the dry cleaners was a huge hassle—Rinse has been a game changer for me. Their laundry service is also excellent, although I don’t use it as often. High quality, convenient, fairly priced and the app works like a dream.

I have been very pleased with my Rinse experience. My clothes come back either on hangers or neatly folded. The personal are very accommodating and extremely polite and friendly. They let you know exactly when to expect the driver. I would highly recommend Rinse.

Over the last year or two of being a “customer” I’ve had to actively manager my account and subscription which Rinse isn’t honoring. Their mayor by method is broken and they push the mistakes on you. They expect you to just deal with it, and I think it’s totally unfair how they’re treating customers. All I want is my subscription to be right, accurate, and in a process that resolves itself. When I bring it up to them they say well your payment didn’t go through, and I tell them why would I let a payment go through that isn’t my monthly subscription amount? Since I have had to manage my account for the whole term of this “subscription” I do expect you to make it right, however possible, because I am the person finding the problems and pushing your company to make it right. We need another company with better moral and values that can serve the SAN FRANCISCO community!
Excellent service for life’s boring chore

Standard services us moderately priced for the doldrums sort of chores. They do a great job with the three instances that I’ve used the I had a seawater break and I’m not blame it on anyone it’s an old garments and accidents happen 1 star because thier rating entry shows white in what can t see what your typing.
Beware of quality issues.

As a household we’ve used Rinse at least a dozen times. It’s gone downhill in the last 6 months. I stopped using after my last load of blacks faded and shrank. Rinse didn’t reply to my concerns and eventually sent my $37 bill to collections without any notice. There are so many better alternatives in SF I wouldn’t risk your nice clothing with them.
