Regrettable Customer Experience

If you decide to use this app, make sure you cross reference your receipt with price list. Over charged on three different occasions for dry cleaning. You would think after the second time they would get it right. Customer service said I would be refunded after 2 - 3 business days, but after a week had to follow up to get a refund. Lost a customer.

I have been using Rinse for over 2 years now and it’s hard to think of what my husband and I did before Rinse. The thought of going back to doing my own laundry is just painful! Instead I schedule a Rinse and get back both dry cleaning and laundry in the next few days. Their drivers are always super friendly. Sometimes we use the rush service which is only $5 to get laundry back the next day esp when we’ve been traveling and need things quickly. Highly recommend!

The base service seems to be fully functional and fleshed out in the app, but their subscription service, known as rinse and repeat does not have any of its available options listed in the app, leading to extreme frustration when you select options that are related to their pay as you go service that are not implemented on your account because you’re on the subscription service. It’s a great concept, but poorly executed. I’ll change my review when they get their act together.

These people are horrible. I pay for rush overnight delivery and they give me half my laundry back. No call or text to let me know they could only deliver half my laundry. Who does that. I had to reach out to see where the rest of my clothes are. Horrible customer service. No apology. I wish I could give zero stars.

I love the service; convenience and effectiveness is hard to find these days and Rinse is both in one! The app is super easy to navigate and it makes it easy to know when to expect your things back!
Easy App to use, Great idea/concept

App is very user friendly and easy to navigate around. Scheduling a pickup is quick and easy. Overall, the idea is a game changer: picking up dirty clothes and getting clean, folded/pressed clothes delivered back. Used the Dry Cleaning service a couple times and always came back clean and in great quality.

Been using rinse for well over a year. I have and would recommend the service to anyone looking for more convenience in their dry cleaning and launder service. The couriers have all been super accommodating and the overall experience working with Rinse is constantly improving. They really do care about their customers and the very few times where things have required me to reach out they have been prompt and eager to resolve my issues.y clothes are always well cleaned and I love that they deliver at night when I’m home. Big rinse fan here
