I don’t miss my laundromat

Don’t get me wrong, their 90s era magazine collection was amazing, but my Netflix account at home is superior.

Have been using weekly for about a month. They give you a nice big bag to put everything in, then it’s returned folded nicely. Service has always been on time. I’ve noticed on busy days (ie weekends) the delivery is toward the later end of the window they give you. The only thing I don’t like is the clothes dont have a scent - I love the smell of fabric softener. But other than that this is a great service will continue to use.

I really appreciate the pick up and drop off service. I wish they allowed me to use my wool dryer balls for static. No issues with the washing, but want a better consistency with the folding habits.

In a city with few laundromats, and where “time is money,” Rinse is the best option for delivery laundry service. The app makes it super easy to schedule pick ups and drop offs. And, you can select unscented detergent (hypoallergenic), which is important to me. The only downside is it’s expensive. As in, a full bag of laundry (they provide you with a Rinse duffel bag) can run you $60. But, I’ve found the price to be comparable to the laundromat when I factor in how much time and Rinse saves me (and way less stressful than fighting neighbors over machines on the weekends)! I highly recommend rinse. Oh, and their customer service is amazing!

The amount of time, energy, and stress of dealing with LA traffic this company has saved me is well worth the pickup/delivery fee. The actual cost of dry cleaning clothing items is roughly comparable to local companies in my area.

Such a waste of money. They ruined my clothes and didn’t give me a refund. My whites came back with stains, clothes in general were very wrinkled and didn’t feel as clean as I can get them on my own. Such a disappointment.

I’ve been using Rinse in Boston for about a year. Every driver has been kind and friendly, and my wash always comes back without any problems. The app is easy to use for scheduling (and rescheduling), and I like how it shows you how many stops until they’re at your door.
