Text alerts extremely annoying – Rinse | Laundry & Dry Cleaning Review

I like the service but I get text alerts all the time from Rinse. When I try to turn them off in the app, the app just resets text alerts to “all including promotional alerts.” No matter what I do, it just assaults my phone with texts I don’t want. Unacceptable.
