I am my own account manager within Rinse – Rinse | Laundry & Dry Cleaning Review

Over the last year or two of being a “customer” I’ve had to actively manager my account and subscription which Rinse isn’t honoring. Their mayor by method is broken and they push the mistakes on you. They expect you to just deal with it, and I think it’s totally unfair how they’re treating customers. All I want is my subscription to be right, accurate, and in a process that resolves itself. When I bring it up to them they say well your payment didn’t go through, and I tell them why would I let a payment go through that isn’t my monthly subscription amount? Since I have had to manage my account for the whole term of this “subscription” I do expect you to make it right, however possible, because I am the person finding the problems and pushing your company to make it right. We need another company with better moral and values that can serve the SAN FRANCISCO community!
