This is the worst service I have ever used. They lost my clothes! They kept me uniformed the entire time. The initial estimated time was 3 days. After this time I contacted them to find out where my clothes were. There was no response. I had to call them in excess of 20 times to get a response. After calling over and over again I finally got onto someone and they found where my clothes were. It took more than one week to get my clothes back for a simple wash. These people are not truthful. I would go out of my way to make sure they do not get any business. Please do not use them! It would be less stress to go to a laundromat every week. Or may I suggest as an alternative you buy a washing machine, wash your clothes and return the washing machine every week for the rest of your life than use Rinse.

Rinse lost a couple thousand dollars of my husband and my business suits and other work clothing. When they lose stuff, there is also no number to call to get an actual person to help you. Only automated texts and emails. Don’t use this service.

Rinse lost ALL of my socks and underwear a few days ago, and sent me someone else’s delicates instead. I’m a man without breasts so all these bras and panties are unhelpful. I travel for two weeks - today’s my last prep day... have to go out and purchase replacements. Using this service is costing me more time and effort than i have :(

Rinse has given me back my weekends and some weekdays returning back some 16 hours of washing ,drying,hanging,matching, sorting, and folding. With a family of four operating on a full time schedule Sun - Sat Rinse is a must have.

Rinse is such a awesome service. There are not many businesses like this these days. There people are always nice and professional and they do a good job on your clothes. So they deserve an award.
