They may ship on time but they can’t deliver to your correct address and “lose” packages all the time. The shipping company Veho placed my package at the completely wrong address I listed, and proceeded to forget where they left the package when I contacted them.

Returns system is horrible
RTR going downhill
I’ve been a member for six years and was very happy with the service until the recent system switch. The return system is backed up several days and they send “overdue” and “suspended account” messages even days after UPS has returned my items to them (I have checked using the UPS tracking number). I have also notified them of this issue - several times - with no change. I have checked with other members/friends who have experienced the same problem repeatedly. RTR used to be fabulous. Unfortunately, for the first time, I am considering quitting.

I felt so great wearing this dress. Thankful for the two sizes. Small was too snug and The medium was plenty of room.

What I love about RTR is their prompt customer service and fast shipping. However, I’m a bit disappointed lately that there are very limited selections of clothings because either they gone very fast or RTR puts priority on customers who reserves by specific dates. The only items that are left currently are $100 sweaters and prom looking gowns that are like 6ft tall. I mean come on… the whole idea behind in this service is to “Find perfect designer outfits” with an affordable prices but I can’t even find a cozy coats for this winter because it’s all gone! I’m paying $135 Plan right now but if you multiply that by 3 then I would have already gotten a really nice coat for all winter long. So sad.

I was so disappointed with this company and app. If I could give them zero stars I would. They charged me more than $500 for purchase of two items that I RETURNED to them. When contacting billing and customer service they only offered a RTR credit of $150 where I would have to purchase something else. Understandable to pay a late fee for an item but to be CHARGED the price of an item when they have confirmed it in their warehouse is baffling to me. I would have kept the items that I apparently PAID FOR. Now they are renting out these items at my expense. I don’t know how this company is being run. They look for any opportunity to scam you out of money and just shrug their shoulders.
