Update asap nothing works

Literally nothing is working. My hearts won’t show up, searches, I click a suggested edit like work or weekend and nothing. Just errors. Can’t find my current items at home. Please update this ASAP.

I am reviewing the app, not the company. The app is a consistent problem. There is a significant lag, where my arrived items say ‘in transit’ and I can’t purchase them during a flash sale, or returned items don’t register and I can’t order more clothes in a timely manner. I tried to ‘buy now’ final sale items, and the app stopped working completely - checked my card, no purchase went through after several attempts. I have to sign in every time I want to save or unsave an item. Today I cannot browse items or access those I have liked/saved. I cannot order any items. My app is just blank. I restarted my phone, updated software, deleted and re-downloaded but no change. This happens at least 1-2x/week. Such a shame as it hurts business for a great company that always treats me well when I interact with them directly.

Been using for maybe 3 years or so and I can’t imagine life without it! My old review was 1 star because I hated the new chat button placement, but then I realized I could move it to wherever I wanted! I’m so dumb!!!??? great design.
Carrier changes

Recently RTR has changed carriers from UPS to FEDX. This has caused shipments to be delayed and take TWICE as long. I hope they change back to UPS or decide to lower the price of membership since the service is no longer what was the norm as far as deliveries goes.

I’ve had a membership for over 3 years and I really loved it until I put my membership on hold due to covid and the quarantine and the bonus of being very pregnant. At some point they unfroze my membership without any heads up. I had no rentals in my possession and proceeded to bill me for 6 months till I realized it. Now keep in mind they were billing me $150 for NOTHING. They didn’t send me an email saying hey we noticed you aren’t renting any items do you want to place an order so you have something for this $150 we are billing you monthly. They just billed me and took advantage during a time when most people are working less and have taken pay cuts. I’m so disappointed in this company I once loved and have canceled my membership forever. So just beware you could be taken advantage of if you sign up.

RTR is truly amazing! They have so many options to choose from, highly quality garments, super fast delivery and most of all the best customer service I have ever seen. Awesome Awesome Awesome!!!
