Easy website but can't view sideways on iPad!

I can only use app when holding my iPad up and down like a book, would be nice if I could set it up long ways and still scroll through.

1. ever since they stopped using doorman and started using UPS for all the deliveries have of not been the same. Perhaps UPS does not know how to treat delicate items such as ones shipped from RTR. Also, since the belt have to be talk about, are usually get my clothes now wrinkled, and 50% of the times, the hanger is broken. It wasn’t like that before, when they were using Doorman for shipping. Not sure I understand. 2. That somethings in customer care are really some pretty ridiculous. One of my shipments have has lost its way on the way over to me, and took over a month to close the so-called “investigation” with RTR and UPS. During the time I had to always call or email RTR to make reservations, since it always was like as if I had one more item that I actually did. Really annoying. on the way

Every time I try to open it closes... literally does NOT WORK.., terrible!! Ruins the entire concept of convenience when your app does not even open on your phone or iPad even with updates... DISGUSTING
“Oops, Something Went Wrong”

I really enjoy the unlimited service and the clothes. But the app is down regularly without explanation. I get a blank screen with “Oops, something went wrong.” This even occurs when the app has sent a push notification asking the user to check out something in the app. I have tried logging in, restating my phone, and restarting my phone. If the website is not going to be mobile responsive, the developers should really address the stability of the app.

I’ve tried to check out multiple times but it won’t let me and doesn’t explain why. Also many of the dresses are out of stock. Wish there were more available in for when I’m in a pinch!
