Customer Service is HORRIBLE

The HELP function is simply a tab. There’s really no help for problems that may arise. They also strategically disable their chat function whenever there’s a spike in app utilization.


Wish there were more “my size” options

I love the service but choosing clothes is a bit of a pain on the app. It defaults to what is available in your size- but I’m two sizes! I want to be able to search 10/12 in dresses and shirts...and 4/6 in pants. This search criteria is not something you can create as a default and makes selection for shipments a pain. Having that option would definitely elevate the app experience.

Makes my life so much easier. My work requires me to look the part and with this service I am able to stay relevant with styles, and learn what looks good on my body as well. Highly recommend.


Love the service but a few suggestions

1) great problem solver. I can stay relevant with styles and also if I fluctuate in my size I don’t have to buy a whole new wardrobe! Amazing. 2) shipping is great but the amount of time it takes between choosing something and returning something to free up a spot is too long, other services that I also utilize have solved this problem with a tracker so they know WHEN you have checked a package into the mail carrier for return, and allow you to mark off what you are returning, immediately freeing up your spaces to order/rent another item. RTR needs to look into this as those outside of larger metro areas don’t have the ability to return to a store to free up a spot sooner. There are times t takes more than a week and a half to return an item, for it to be checked in, allowing me to select another item, and then receive that item. And if it doesn’t fit, or doesn’t look right? It’s a waste of time. 3) this is probably the biggest one I do not understand...you can get an extra spot for around $40...but there are items (especially jewelry) that you can rent on there that are WELL below the value of $40. RTR needs to be sourcing items with a value greater than (IMO) at least $50 to make this worth while, otherwise wouldn’t I just go to a store? It would be cheaper...this is an oversight and granted sometimes you don’t care about the price, you just need that item because it coordinates perfectly with the dress you’ve ordered, one stop shop, basically. But - it is annoying that RTR would charge you $40 or that a spot in your plan is valued at that but they have accessories well below that eating up that space. This needs to be resolved somehow. Maybe code accessories valued under a certain amount as half a spot. And allow people to check out 2 in one spot instead of only one. Or just carry items above the $40 value?? Just my two cents of areas that could really use improvement. Aside from that, I love RTR and will continue to use it but I won’t be ordering items below $40 value when I’m paying at least $40 a spot. I look forward to seeing how the company grows!


App Bugs

I really enjoy the unlimited service and the clothes. There are bugs in the app that do not seem to get fixed with each new release. For example, I frequently use the “heart.” It used to sort based on the most recent list selected. It now doesn’t sort all, and the lists are not in alphabetical order. This makes for a difficult user experience for long-time members who have put effort into the various lists.

RTR Obsessed

I use this mostly for work and nights out. I always get compliments for the unique pieces I wear. Everything is gorgeous and so comfortable. I would love though if there could be like if you have been renting for a certain amount of time you get money off of your monthly subscription or more perks monthly if you have rented for 6 consecutive months or 12 months. I’m a lifer I think.


Poor search options

My low rating is so that hopefully they realize that the search ability and filter categories need to change. Just saying “Top” as a style of item is not enough how about a few sub categories.... maybe tshirt, blouse, button down. Under pants: leggings, dress pants, casual pant Its a great service and most of the app is great but I find it extremely hard to search for what I want

Customer support is very demanding. Under COVID-19 situation, they keep pushing me to return my package. I said I scheduled a USPS pickup but they said a UPS one is needed. Well, I won’t pay for a UPS pickup and can’t go out. How do you want me to do??????
