Not enough options and sizes

I was gifted a two month membership to RTR. I haven't impressed with the availability, specifically the sizes. RTR hasn't taken into account servicing curvy latina women.

The concept was great and I'd still be an unlimited member except for the terrible customer service. I was sent a clothing garment that was missing a piece. It wasn't a big deal and RTR offered to send me a different piece of my choice. I emailed back with my choice but was sent the wrong item. I emailed RTR three times over the next week asking what had happened but never received a response until I finally asked to just end my membership. All I wanted was some communication on how to proceed, and when paying so much $ every month I was disappointed that no one could be bothered to respond. They had been responsive until they had two screw ups in a row; at which point they refused to communicate with me despite how understanding I was.
Overall the app does the job

The lack of filters is annoying. I would like to see the option for length in dresses, specifically for gowns Petite, regular or long. And also not show gowns in sizes not available in the length. Different from the app review but sort of annoyed at how some clothing or gowns are not available in unlimited when it’s clearly available for 4-8 days rentals. Unlimited doesn’t seem to have an extensive option.
First order/ mobile site experience a good one

I am only reviewing the mobile site here, NOT the customer service or product. Great, easy to use site. The only flaw is the scrolling feature. For some reason, it would start back up at the top occasionally, and it is not easy to go back down to about where you ended on a long list of items.

I love the app and the options but I can't change the date!!!!! I'm trying to fund something for April and the calender is broken! Stuck on Oct 2017!!!!
