The coolest ever

Love this web site I have been using for years I travel so much makes my life so much easier !! I rent or buy let me tell u I bought a black dress the coolest I have worn more than 50 times great deal designer!
Totally disappointed in RTR

I am a long-term member of RTR. I preordered a dress in 2 sizes to wear to the Tony Awards ceremony on 9/26. I scheduled pick-up at the flagship location on 15th street in NYC. I arrived Saturday morning, 9/25 only to discover the the store was CLOSED ON SATURDAY! There was no mention of this when I ordered my dress nor in the confirmation e-mail. Chatting on line was not in service. I was able to call the main number and a very courteous representative told me the store was closed and my dress was inside. I was told there were not other locations in NYC where I could go to rent a dress. I AM LEFT WITHOUT A DRESS FOR THIS VERY SPECIAL EVENT! I EXPECT THE CHARGE TO BE CREDITED TO MY AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD - NOT A CREDIT TO MY RTR ACCOUNT. I am uncertain if I will ever order from RTR again. All of a sudden it’s constantly showing items need to be returned asap when they were returned a week ago! Get your stuff together RTR

Was really excited to get back after a hiatus during the pandemic but the clothing inventory is not great.

What used to be an incredible company is now AWFUL. Rent elsewhere !!!! Terrible customer service and will claim you didn’t return items on time and charges of dollars in “late fees”. It’s fraud ! You’ve been warned !!!
Really gone downhill

This service has gone downhill since they started changing it. My returns take longer than 2 days so I’m hounded go return items I already returned plus am blocked at making a new shipment unless I contact them. Trying to move a hearted item to a list unhearts it then you lose it. Constantly have to re-log in. Tried to lessen my membership to fewer items but because they hadn’t received my return got charged for 5. Used to be perfect now it’s garbage.

I signed up for a membership but “surprisingly” once you sign up all the good stuff isn’t available for rental. I contacted support and was told to upgrade for more options, great job RTR appreciate the full transparency.
Gone downhill

I used to be obsessed with RTR, however their customer service, item quality, pricing, and selection have all gone downhill. I was once a very loyal customer who referred countless friends, but I no longer plan to use RTR.
