The calls drop very easily. The quality of the calls are really bad most times. Other individual always has problems hearing me. They have a lot to fix.

Always glitches, can’t even answer my client’s calls sometimes. The app is poorly designed, service is slow, and customer service is impatient and clueless. The worst.

I keep having problems with messages coming in from patients. All of a sudden I'll notice I haven't gotten a message in days. Not normal for my business ..hurts my business

I miss calls all the time because this app does not work like my regular phone and I can’t have the same ring tone as I do on my cell phone. Hate that other people use this app.

Every inbound call drops

I’ve sold my company on using Ringcentral and it’s a disaster. Every call drops within 20 seconds of answering. The doesn’t show up in the call log of the app and I can’t return the call from the caller ID of the actual phone. Unless this is fixed, the service is rendered useless.

This app works perfectly for my needs. No issues. I only need the fax function however.
Ok, but lacking some seemingly basic things

Something as simple as - (re: voicemail) the phone number of the person transferring the call is who shows up as having left the voicemail, not the actual/original caller. If things like that got fixed it would easily be a four or five star app.

I love the text feature, being able to see faxes through the app. It would be wonderful if Ringcentral developed an automated texting feature for when you’re out of the office.
