I can’t listen to even a short voicemail without getting bounced out of the app. Calls drop constantly. Wish I had anything else.

I use this extensively for my business. Works great and some of the new enhancements have just made it better

We use RingCentral for all of our employees and it 95 percent of the time works great. Need hud (heads up display) on iPhone and android app and MUST HAVE chromebook app to get 5 stars.

I’d give this app another star or two except that I’m constantly being nagged to write a review.

Very useful - let’s me take my US number with me wherever I go and let’s me call the US at no charge as long as I have WiFi

Ring Central is a cumbersome, illogical, poorly designed system, and while its support folks are well intentioned, they are slow and not very effective. It is not good for small or medium businesses. It is a disappointing system. We will have to switch because it does not work well.

Crashes constantly. I will be in the middle of texting a client or in the middle of a phone call and the app crashes.

I love this app. I love that I can make changes to the entire system from my phone and there is no missing functionality. Admin section is reason enough to use it. But I like the flow and interface also. So great all around app.

Update again - so a number of the future have been working great like text, fax and images. But now when I’m on WiFi the call quality is not very clear. Even when I’m 2 feet from my wireless router. I’ve found if I switch to phone data, LTE the quality is perfect. RingCentral is alway responsive I’m sure they will get this fixed soon! Update: RingCentral told me how to fix this issue. Huge help!! Changed rating to 4. Still would like to see images being sent. This app is very handy but for someone who makes a lot of calls there are some big issues. 1. App integrates into your personal phone info. I don't want clients/perspective clients mixed in with personal info accident just waiting to happen. 2. Pictures come in to your email but not the app. If you aren't glued to you company email the it doesn't matter if a client sends you a pic of something important. Positive side: 1. Easy to navigate 2. Clear calls
