Garbage App

With the latest upgrade this service has become unusable. I can’t even find the messages left for me. Unbelievably poor App design!!!
It’s like a working phone only different

Somehow the rocket scientists in my company’s IT group discovered a way to make a device that functioned for 150 years not work. In their tireless quest to systematically fail they’ve employed this disaster to make sure you 1) can’t take calls with your WiFi on 2) can’t check voicemail 3) calls frequently don’t even register and just show up as missed thirty plus mins later. If you don’t think communicating with your clients is important and want something fun to make excuses about why you can’t complete even the most basic tasks then this is the app for you.
Drops calls!

It keeps dropping calls and it’s so frustrating. My clients see that I call and when they answer I get disconnected or I’ll get disconnected 30 seconds into the call.
Call quality is spotty and doesn’t work a lot

Cell phone is still much better and more reliable. Has a long way to go. Concept great, delivery poor. Would be nice if could get texts at RC number.

These people have the nerve to bill you for calling their tech support when their app isn't functioning! You can't even delete employee phone numbers off the app anymore without having to call them. Employees keep getting calls indefinitely even after completely deleting all their information. Their app also doesn't have a lot of capabilities that it should as a business calling app, but instead of admitting that, they want to churn out fees by saying, let's try this, only to screw up your system more and more. So much time and money wasted on this scum company.
Notifications not working on iOS 13

I am using an iphone 6plus. I am no longer getting notifications for messages. I am a computer tech and have tried all the troubleshooting- check settings, toggle settings, uninstall, reinstall. NADA NOTHING ZILCH! Used to work fine. Get it together or I am dropping your service RingCentral!

November 2019. Sitting here with my phone, getting “missed call” notifications. Of course, the phone does not ring, there is no way to answer the call. I only know I missed it when I get the missed call notice. So I called myself from a different number. That call has now been going on for 3 minutes. My Ring Central has done nothing, no rings, no notice. Nothing. Just the worst. October 2019. People call the business. Phone does not ring. However, after the call, we get a notification that we “missed a call”. Then we have to call the customer back and explain and apologize that. “For some reason, our phone system Is having issues and....”. So every call is a three step process. Ring Central response.... “try signing out and signing in” Thanks, been trying that for YEARS now. Or, “call tech support” Sorry, I have wasted HOURS and hours on the phone with Ring Central tech support. They say, “we can help” they spend all day on the phone with me. Nothing gets fixed. How about just make your phone service work?

If you're in a metropolitan area where there's a ton of cell sites than the app works very good, I'm in Canadaigua New York where the cells are good on talking on them the regular cell your phone, but if you're talking on the app it's not that good it cuts the calls off and is very limited.
Significant call dropping issues

The VoIP calls through this app exhibit significant call dropping issues, across many WiFi networks and phones at my company’s offices. We have contacted RingCentral support about this but they were not able to solve our problem. Very disappointed with this app.
