Horrible service. Sometimes you can’t even understand the employee trying to help you. They are in Asia for sure but no big deal just have great customer service and good service. Calls drop out of nowhere.

I have used ring central App for many years and it just keeps getting worse! This past couple of weeks I get 4 notifications for every message. I would attach a couple of screen shots but this review won’t let me. If I am on one call and get another it puts the caller on hold so I can answer the new call. I need to find a new app.

For a business use app it is very unreliable. The calls constantly drop. The app is not user friendly when trying to update your out of office message or customize your greeting. I wish my employer would find another service to use because I am completely unhappy with the incompetencies on the app.

What good is a phone app if it’s brain damage to get it to cooperate with my headset and nearly impossible to answer calls? Fortunately for me I’m practicing the life skill of patience. Ring central is certainly coming in handy with that agenda.

Overall RC is a low quality system. So many issues with dropping calls, logging calls, etc. it is such a struggle to use the system.

Absolutely the worst. I can not believe this company can make it in business. Insanely horrible app and features. Dropped calls. App blacks out all the time. Can’t even group text. The laundry list is so long I could scream. Haaaaaattte ring central !!!!!

Good for managing messaging/conversations. Terrible for calling over WiFi. Cuts in and out to the point where it’s difficult to have a phone conversation. Whats App is much better in that regard.

Not a fan of the other Ring Cental app, but this one is working great so far. Love the ring out feature that allows calls to go through even if my data signal is weak. Text and call logs are easier to find within the app. Hoping they don’t discontinue this app.
RC Phone is BETTER than the New RC app!

RC Phone is BETTER than The MANDATED move to RC App for 90% of what I do. When they require to migrate to a new app that is less productive than the old one then do NOT renew your contract with them. The new RC App has BLOATware... useless.
