Every inbound call drops – RC Phone Review

I’ve sold my company on using Ringcentral and it’s a disaster. Every call drops within 20 seconds of answering. The doesn’t show up in the call log of the app and I can’t return the call from the caller ID of the actual phone. Unless this is fixed, the service is rendered useless.
