From Illinois to Arizona
This app is wonderful! I’ve yet to have any issues with it and it allows me to work remotely. Our clients had no idea that I moved out of state! It gives me the ability to check messages over the weekend; records the length of calls for billing purposes; and I can refer to my call log at any point. The many options on this app make my job much easier, especially working 2,000 miles away from the Office.

DO NOT & I emphasize DO NOT get this application. You will regret it because their customer service is terrible and technical support rarely resolves any problems! It is very inconsistent with calling, only time we received a call from our clients was when we had the app open. I would not recommend this app to my dead grandmother. If I could give this 0 stars I would with no hesitation!

Constantly drops calls and those hay don’t drop are inconsistent in quality. Possibly out company’s internet bandwidth, but overall very disappointing first month with his app.

Ring central is the best VOIP software ever. My advise to anybody that wants to switch, DON’T DO IT because you’ll end up going back to ring central. All other companies out there are begging people to switch or being disparate about money but you won’t be able to get what you get with ring central with any other carrier. 5 stars for ring central all the time.

Maybe I’m missing something but I wish it was better integrated with the desk top app and the website. As a stand-alone app it works great!

I get email notifications about there being a voice message but am unable to check it from this app.
Good app but should allow group texts in app

Overall good app, won’t allow group texts however in app which affects my communication with my employees without having to give out my actual cell number.

Really good app the mobility interface and usability is far better than our previous system. It would be great the user status was more intuitive meaning if some is on a call there would be an automatic real time status notification vs the user having to manually set the status. But overall it’s a really good app especially for those who are mobile.

Great app. There is a lot of stuff to use and it is difficult to map a phone tree properly. Once it’s functional it’s definitely worth it. I like the application on my cell, PC, and overall in my office. Recorded phone calls are super valuable.
