NEEDS ACCESS TO AGENT CALLS
Missing Normal Phones
My company uses your services and we have the Max Agent calls, but they don’t go to the App, so I cannot totally work mobile since I cannot get Max Agent calls
Unable to hear caller

When I call a coworker (or when a coworker calls me) using this app, one of us is unable to hear the other one when the call connects. We’ll attempt to hang up and call back, but the problem persists and we end up having to resort to calling each other on our personal numbers. This didn’t used to be an issue. If it’s a bug in the system, I hope it gets fixed soon!

My company is evaluating for a switch and I’m part of a pilot. Spam has increased 1000% and I’m missing calls and not getting voicemails.

Excellent app. Phone, even texting, overall very pleased with the entire ring central suite. The meetings app is awesome. Clients can share their desktop with me and I can control their screen with their permission. Same goes for my desktop. No complaints!
Keep signing out, won’t remember the device

This is the most ridiculous app I’ve ever used. It will not remember my sign in info, and keep signing me out every few days, then you have to provide security code emailed to you, and if you wave any sort of add blocking protection on your network it would not accept the code so you must turn off WiFi and do it on cellular data connection.

Disconnects on most calls as soon as you answer! Additionally, can’t seem to stop incoming rings - should be a simple process, but can’t stop notifications

I’ve spent way too much time on the phone or in chats trying to get this system to work. Get a message to update, the update doesn’t work, told the update is still under development, uninstall update. After several calls, I finally got them to fix an error in their server database that was throwing off errors. For a while, faxes would disappear unsent, without any error or feedback. The interface is clumsy - things that should be easy take too many steps has (IMO) an unintuitive design. It seems they are trying to build a Swiss Army knife of office communications with the result that the system does nothing well.
Doesn’t let you sign in

Latest update broke the app, I was signed out and can no longer sign in using SSO. Just hangs when loading the api RCT page. All rc apps do this suddenly. Still broken developers refuse to resolve the issue.
