I would have given a higher rating because on a daily basis the app works pretty good. But when I needed to add another person to run my vacation it was a nightmare. I started 3 weeks out explaining what I needed. Kept calling back saying when tested it wouldn’t work. Finally the day of my vacation I just had to go in and change all of my numbers to hers... they never could get it to work.

RingCentral integrated with Zoho and our G-Suite. I have never had a software suite work so effortlessly and as promised. My only complaint, and it’s a big one, is the lack of warm-transfer capability from the Chrome Extension (and I believe also the iOS app). We have a work around (parallel call while client on hold, then blind transfer after ok), otherwise we would have dumped the system. However, this is clumsy and a major annoyance that should get fixed ASAP.

Do not appreciate being interrupted/nagged for a review There are some good things about the service ( obviously or I wouldn’t be using it) The app however leaves a lot to be desired. I do not like having glip (or any other services forced on me )

I use this app regularly to make and receive calls from my business number all day everyday. I’m still trying to find out how to use SMS messaging.

We have been with RC over 5 years and they keep getting better and keep solving problems! Any idiosyncrasies just seem to vanish over time.

very good app, some things are a little clunky (like why can’t I block callers from the call screen, only from the list screen) but i’ve been using it for years and it works well. I’ve never experienced a service outage. There is little to no customer service on the support end though, so only use RingCentral if you are a do it yourselfer and know how to set up phone systems and voicemails/phone trees on your own.

App freezes and disconnects phone calls

App unacceptable

The App often freezes. I will tap and tap and tap again but nothing happens. I have to close out of it and turn the phone off to get it to work again. Further, it will disconnect phone calls RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF A CONVERSATION! This is completely UNacceptable! Thinking of making a switch. :-(
