Issues Ringcentral refuses to address

Cannot send text to more than one person. Ohers should not have to be on clip and we should be able to text as many people as we need to Additionally we should be able to enlarge the font on text messages

Great app. Not sure why people are leaving 1-4 stars, if there’s anything better and easier to use please let me know or comment below. Ring central is awesome! Thanks for making such a simple application.

I really like the app. Other than my own phone management, I can manage people in my organization. One thing that I would like, either in app or perhaps email, is something where a text translation of a call would come through. I have something like this with my personal Google Voice. It can often can be good enough to get the gist of a call without listening at that moment.

This app is very frustrating. We’ve messed with all the settings and it won’t ring but then notify me sometimes that I’ve missed a phone call. Other times I have to go into missed calls to see if I’ve missed anything. Very disappointing!

Overall it’s a nice app. Though I don’t like giving out my cell phone for biz, this enables me to text if clients so desire. My main issue with app is when receiving calls they often get dropped before I can connect. I have my calls simultaneously ring my cell as well so I’m not sure if that’s why but it’s frustrating. This has been a big issue though I usually make the excuse that it’s cell service. Other than that it does what t does. Having to put a nickname that cannot be replicated is almost as annoying as the app issue. I can see this preventing many from posting a comment.

I’m not normally one to write a lengthy review, but... Starting with this app and company was not fun. I had a lot of issues getting voicemails and faxed to send and load to my chosen email. RingCentral personnel attempted to assist, however, there was still a slight language barrier with pronunciation of things and being able to understand. It was very frustrating to already be frustrated and then endure more frustration. The second issue was setting up a custom voicemail setting. What a pain! It took me an hour and a half to get ahold of someone and set it up. Still had problems that portion. It would randomly go back to what it was before. Then finally accessing the general mailbox, or extension 3. Neither I, nor the account holder knew the password. That took a few weeks to resolve.

It would be great to have the ability to text clients from the app. That is available in the US, but not the U.K. Why?

Love the app, hate the DELAY in the Recent Calls list

I love the power and flexibility that this app affords me and my team. It works great except for one thing. There is a very long delay between when a call is received (missed or connected) and when that call shows up in the Recent Call list. Not just a couple of seconds but minutes in many cases. This isn’t acceptable. When I miss a call, I can’t call them back immediately because the call doesn’t show in my Recent Calls list in the app. Why is that? This has been the case for well over a year now and it is pretty frustrating.
