GLIP! You guys are extremely arrogant with Glip. Why is it even in the main menu when we don't need it?! I'm not going to use GLIP… when there are much better alternative (#SLACK, Google Spaces, even Facebook has a team productivity app) Caller ID -OR- "WIRELESS CALLER": The main screen should show the number that called… While the called ID (when it's available) can be helpful — it doesn’t replace being able to see the actual number on the main screen. To only show "WIRELESS CALLER" or the caller ID is very frustrating... Most people today are calling from their mobile phones SO showing the phrase "WIRELESS CALLER" instead of the actual number is POOR UIX design causing wasted time for workflow. Why are you making the user take the extra step of clicking on the "I" icon to look up this information?
